The legal ramifications of some of these items are astronomical. If you did all of these items it would be cheaper for BP to sell off all of their leases and equipment and dismantle the company now. If you approached this from a legal perspective BP would open the flood gates for summary judgements in law suits that have not even been dreamed up of yet. On the plus side..the settlements could fund another John Kerry style candidate in 10-15 years. Love your posts but these points are ivory tower thinking.
